What You’ll Do:
  • Build & Lead Teams: Hire, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing kitchen staff.
  • Maintain Excellence: Ensure culinary, food safety, and sanitation standards are met daily.
  • Collaborate on Creativity: Work with leadership to develop quarterly menu features, showcasing your passion for scratch cooking and fresh seafood.
  • Drive Operations: Take ownership of kitchen operations and contribute to financial success.
What You Bring:
  • Experience: 2+ years of management in a full-service, scratch kitchen environment, ideally with a focus on fresh seafood.
  • Hands-On Leadership: A self-motivated, proactive style that inspires your team.
  • Financial Savvy: Experience managing P&L or working with operational budgets.
  • Customer Focus: A polished, professional demeanor with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Passion for Seafood: Genuine love for seafood, with a preference for candidates who enjoy cooking it at home or have prior experience working with it.
