Position:Paraprofessional
Caseload:1-on-1 role with a 1st grade student
Hours: Fulltime
Role Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Special Education Paraprofessionals to join our team, working with a partnered school district in the Clayton, North Carolina areaThis is your chance to support students with special needs and play a vital role in their educational success.
What Youll Do:
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to help students build positive social skills and appropriate behaviors.
- Track student progress, collaborating closely with teachers and the educational team.
- Provide individualized and small group support to enhance students' learning experiences and growth.
What Were Looking For:
- 48+ College Credits required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting OR working with children is preferred.
- Must be able to move with the student throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
