Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the SaaS industry to find a Payroll Associate. This is a full time, permanent position in Centennial . Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with onboarding staff to scrutinize new hire benefit enrollments.

• Maintain and update enrollments for expatriates and other transfers within HRIS.

• Conduct audits on employee benefit enrollments on a monthly basis.

• Address and resolve any issues related to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with third parties.

• Request and reconcile payments for monthly benefit invoices.

• Conduct annual reviews and processing of ACA 1095 health coverage forms.

• Handle data entry and record keeping for third party sick pay.

• Assist Human Resources during the annual Open Enrollment period.

• Carry out benefit-related gross-up, imputed income, and deductions audits.

• Propose improvements for automation and efficiency in processes.

• Possession of a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration
• Proficiency in Benefits Administration
• Experience handling New Hire Orientations
• Familiarity with Open Enrollment procedures
• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
• Experience using HRIS Payroll System
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations.
