Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are on the hunt for a diligent Customer Service Representative to be an integral part of our team. Based in Washington, District of Columbia, this role involves engaging with customers, updating company databases, and performing various administrative duties. The position provides a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers with a focus on those on the housing waitlist or who are applying for it
• Collect, scan, and file physical documents efficiently
• Update the company database ensuring all customer information is current and accurate
• Perform clerical administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the business
• Handle inbound calls from customers, providing excellent service and resolving any issues
• Employ data entry and order entry skills to manage customer applications
• Monitor customer accounts and undertake necessary actions in response to account activity
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.• Proficiency in handling and responding to inbound customer calls.
• Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Experience with order entry and processing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Previous experience in a customer service role would be an advantage.
