Job Description

Join our fast-paced startup environment where balancing multiple priorities is essential. We manufacture lifesaving medical devices for hospitals, with our main product being a chest blood pump used in surgeries. Entry-level Assembly Technicians will handle tasks such as gluing, cutting, inserting tubes, and labeling. Equipment Technicians will assemble electrical and mechanical components, including wiring from board to screen interface, and perform QA testing of the pumps and screen readings. Both roles require extensive paperwork to ensure product traceability and functionality.The Assembly Technician role involves assembling disposable medical supplies, primarily plastic components, as part of an interdisciplinary team. The position has multiple levels (I, II, and III), with increasing responsibilities and compensation.Working hours are 7:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 7:00 am – 12:00 pm every other Friday. All Friday hours are mandatory and will be paid as overtime. You will work 36 hours at regular wage each week, with an additional 5 hours of overtime every other Friday.Position ranges based on relevant experience:- Equipment Technician I: $21.00 per hour- Equipment Technician II: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (2-5 years of experience)- Equipment Technician III: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (5+ years of experience)
