Assembler Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assembler Developer to join our team at ApTask. As a leading global provider of workforce solutions and talent acquisition services, we are dedicated to shaping the future of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex software components of the business application system using available developer tools.
  • Create, execute, and review test plans, define and establish test data.
  • Create and maintain software documentation and query and report system data using reporting tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Mainframe Technologies.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in COBOL, ASM, CICS, and DB2.
  • Experience working in DB2 (Stored procedures, Native SP, SQL).
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in software development life cycle.
  • Strong Analytical & design skills.
  • Ability to lead the activities related to requirements elicitation, creation and review of design, provide pseudo code to the team, assign and review tasks, mentor individuals.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
