Job DescriptionJob Description

We are hiring assemblers and Machine operators in Salem.

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and monitor machines used to produce our products. You will be involved in basic setup, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and performing finishing operations such as trimming, gluing, and machine operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to company core beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
  • Operate machinery used in product manufacturing under close supervision.
  • Assist in the basic setup and calibration of equipment.
  • Load component materials into product-specific tools and perform finishing operations.
  • Read and follow operating manuals, instructions, and procedures.
  • Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure they meet requirements.
  • Follow established documentation for product manufacturing.
  • Clean and maintain machinery as necessary.
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment.
