LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Case Manager for our nonprofit client located near the Canoga Park area outside LA. This will be a contract position and a Monday-Friday, full-time opportunity. Interested candidates must be bilingual English/Spanish.

This position will be working with a more stable clientele in a permanent housing environment and will be assisting with supportive services as needed, assisting with healthcare and/or mental health appointments, and any other services the clientele is in need of. 

Requirements 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum 2 years case management/social services experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Proficiency in software systems, including Microsoft Office 
Skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Empathy and compassion towards others 
  • Strong ability to work well independently and adapt to different tasks as needed 
  • Bilingual Spanish/English 
  • Able to make sound judgment calls when needed 

 

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
