Join our team as the General Manager of a premier Country Club and Events Venue in the NYC Metro Area. We are seeking a dynamic leader who excels in both sales and operational management. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and guests while driving event sales and revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the club, restaurant, and event venue.
- Drive sales growth through events and member engagement.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and profitability.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote events and memberships.
- Manage vendor contracts and facility upkeep.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales background, especially in events.
- 5-7 years as a General Manager in a high-volume country club or hospitality venue.
- Leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Hospitality systems knowledge preferred; a degree in hospitality or business is a plus.
