Job Description

Working on a shipping line in a fulfillment warehouse, repackaging items for delivery to Amazon or Walmart Distribution Centers. Tasks include taking an item, putting a sticker on it, placing it in a box, attaching a shipping label, and then putting the box on a pallet. Additionally, duties involve cutting open boxes and covering barcodes with Amazon-specific labels.

Responsibilities
  • Repackage items for delivery to Amazon or Walmart Distribution Centers.
  • Place stickers on items and put them in boxes.
  • Attach shipping labels to boxes and place them on pallets.
  • Cut open boxes and cover barcodes with Amazon-specific labels.
  • Follow directions and work collaboratively with others.

Work Environment

This position is within a brand-new warehouse established in 2023, offering a very clean and pleasant working environment. You will work closely with others on various shipping lines. The company, an online eCommerce 3PL provider, serves Amazon vendors and typically employs 20-25 internal employees, with an additional 15-30+ contract workers depending on workload. At peak times, the number of contract workers can reach up to 65.
