Director of Operations Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a multi-unit leadership role, managing at least six locations.
- History of effectively scaling operations to support growth and innovation.
- A natural leader who can inspire, mentor, and develop teams to achieve their best.
- Extensive experience with scratch kitchen concepts, delivering quality and consistency.
- A true mastery of operations with a track record of success in driving results across multiple locations.
