Machine Operation

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Coating Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot, and mechanical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Coating Operator - 3rd & Weekend Shift

Location: Clear Lake, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr

What's the Job?

• Operate parylene deposition systems to coat customer-supplied parts to meet customer and Engineering specifications
• Operate other equipment such as vacuum ovens, plasma etcher, tumble coater or other machines
• Perform light maintenance and refurbishing on equipment
• Maintain records and checklists, other documentation as needed

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven mechanical ability and/or previous machine operator experience
• Ability to read, write and follow written or verbal instructions
• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Ability to properly use and read measurements on tools involved in the coating process
