Position: Special Education Teacher
Location: Lafayette, TN
Pay: Competitive rate of $33-$40+ per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: W2, Weekly direct deposit

Job Description:

Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, following typical school hours (8 AM to 3 PM)

As a Special Education Teacher in Lafayette, you will:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each students unique needs and goals.
  • Provide instruction and support to students with diverse learning abilities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and student success.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting strategies as needed.

Interview Process:

  • Screening Call: Approximately 10-15 minutes with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
  • Zoom Interview: A detailed interview conducted via Zoom with the hiring team to discuss your qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Resume Review: Conducted by the hiring team.
  • Offers: Typically extended within 24 hours after the resume review.
