What You’ll Do

  • HVAC Hero: Keep systems running like a charm by cleaning coils, replacing filters, and changing belts.

  • Plumbing Pro: Fix and maintain toilets, sinks, drains, water heaters, and more.

  • Fix-It All-Star: Repair locks, doors, lighting, and furniture to ensure safety and functionality.

  • Property Champion: Paint, repair walls, and handle tenant requests with precision and care.

  • Safety Enforcer: Document fire extinguisher inspections, follow safety codes, and eliminate hazards.

  • Work Order Wizard: Use CMMS systems to track and complete tasks efficiently and on time.

  • Maintenance Master: Execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and boost performance.

What You Bring

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 5–7 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.

  • Strength to lift up to 80 lbs.

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CMMS systems like Maximo.

  • Hands-on skills in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.

Preferred:

  • EPA Universal License.

  • Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).

  • HVAC preventive maintenance expertise.

Pay Details: 28.00 to 29.00 per hour
