Title of Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager


Job Description: The Assistant Kitchen Manager will be expected to operate a well-managed, clean, and safe kitchen while maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and security standards and procedures to provide a healthy and safe working and dining environment. The Assistant Kitchen Manager in this position will oversee the preparation of food which includes employee recipe adherence while meeting the company’s high standard for food presentation, sanitation, and quality. The Assistant Kitchen Manager must meet restaurant financial objectives, such as food and labor costs, sales, and guest counts.

Qualifications:

· The Assistant Kitchen Manager should possess 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience

· The Assistant Kitchen Manager should have a passion for developing and mentoring people

· The Assistant Kitchen Manager should have a track record of achieving financial results

· The Assistant Kitchen Manager should have a high degree of honesty, integrity and guest orientated philosophy
