Job Description

Candidates can expect to work on the production floor where they will have various responsibilities including lifting, material handling, assembling, glazing, and utilizing measurement tools to assist with the production of windows and doors. Candidates will be standing on their feet for 8-12 hours at a time and lifting medium to heavy weight.

Responsibilities
  • Lift and handle materials
  • Assemble and glaze windows and doors
  • Utilize measurement tools for production
  • Operate hand and power tools
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Perform machine operations
Essential Skills
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency in the use of hand tools
  • Ability to read measuring tools
  • Safety oriented with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn at all times
  • Willingness to be trained in different areas of production
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Capability for moderate to heavy lifting
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with glass is a plus

Work Environment

Day Shift: Monday-Saturday, 6AM-4:30PM (1 opening). Production workers will be working Monday-Saturday during the busy season (spring and summer). Schedule will return to Monday-Friday when production slows down. Candidates must be willing to work a lot of overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fife, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25
