Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing the company's accounts payable functions. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage and maintain vendor accounts, including reconciliation and communication.
  • Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.
  • Review and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and documentation.
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
  • Proficiency in SAP Business One and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.


Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
