Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Chatham, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (3-4 days/week)

Job Details:
We are seeking a BCBA to work with middle and high school students in Chatham, NJ, from December 2024 through June 20, 2025 (end of school year). This role can be full-time or part-time (3-4 days per week), providing behavior analysis services, including assessments, intervention planning, and staff training.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct behavioral support to students
  • Train and support staff in behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with middle and high school students preferred
  • Strong munication and collaboration skills
