Responsibilities

Position Overview:
The Client Services Representative I is responsible for the timely execution of various on-site tasks while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. The role involves performing a range of duties including print production, mail and courier services, office reception, and general administrative tasks to support the overall needs of the client’s office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to management and client requests promptly through emails, phone calls, and in person.
  • Maintain strong customer service focus and resolve issues quickly.
  • Contribute to the development of a Site Procedure Guide to ensure efficient workflow and documentation of processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional training to provide coverage when short-staffed.

Specific Responsibilities:

Print Services:

  • Accurately reproduce print requests, review files for print readiness, and perform pre-delivery quality control checks.
  • Manage document finishing tasks such as binding, assembling, and laminating.
  • Maintain and service reprographic equipment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required, with less than one year of related experience.
  • Basic computer and technical skills.

This position offers competitive pay, opportunities for overtime, and requires compliance with customer-specific health and safety protocols.
