We are in the search for an HR Generalist to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will be tasked with managing various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS. This role presents a short-term contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:


• Administer benefits and compensation programs to employees for enhanced employee relations.

• Utilize HRIS for efficient management of employee records.

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a harmonious workplace environment.

• Ensure accurate processing of payroll using HR Payroll Systems.

• Carry out administrative tasks related to human resources, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Analyze data and generate reports to aid in decision-making and strategy planning.

• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Use excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues.

• Implement organizational and conflict management skills for effective team coordination.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Proficiency in Benefit Functions, including managing and administering employee benefits programs
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
• Familiarity with HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems for effective management of employee data
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Competence in HR Payroll System for accurate and timely payroll processing
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices
• Certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
