RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement company operational procedures
  • Manage budgeted revenue and income goals.
  • Develop annual business plans and budgets
  • Meet company objective deadlines
  • Determine long-term objectives and how to meet them
  • Manage cross-functional teams including manufacturing and service.
  • Participate in the recruitment of company personnel
  • Manage training and safety programs
  • Provide oversight to the production department managers
  • Oversee production schedules of department managers
  • Set KPI’s for staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of Operational experience to include management of a business unit and financial growth initiatives.
  • Strong financial knowledge to evaluate financial and project costs.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience.
