Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a vibrant school district near Greenfield, California. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic, social, and behavioral development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
  • Implement and monitor BIPs, ensuring consistency and fidelity across school settings.
  • Provide direct behavioral intervention and support to students to address challenging behaviors and promote positive behaviors.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement strategies to support student success.
  • Train and support school staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions for intervention adjustments.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop prehensive support plans.
  • Offer consultation and training to educators and parents on topics such as behavior management, positive reinforcement, and data collection.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent munication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
