About the Role:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide routine nursing and personal care for residents, ensuring that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained. This position requires effective collaboration with team members to deliver quality care while managing available resources.

Requirements:

  • A high school graduate or equivalent
  • Graduation from an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligibility to enter such a program and graduate within 120 days from date of employment
  • An understanding of resident care procedures and standards
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
  • Ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
  • Ability and willingness to work harmoniously with all staff
  • Compassionate and enthusiastic personality
  • Patient, tactful, and enthusiastic, with a willingness to handle difficult residents
  • Ability to relate information concerning a resident's condition

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-19.50 per hour, based on experience and shift, as well as various benefits including daily pay, tuition reimbursement, free uniforms, great health plans, company-paid life insurance, and more.
