Job Title: School Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location:San Antonio, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

We are seeking a passionate School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This full-time, onsite position involves working with K-12 students to support their ability to participate fully in school activities through individualized therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate students fine motor, sensory, and functional skills.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each students needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, documenting progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure therapy strategies are integrated into the classroom.
  • Offer training and consultation to school personnel on implementing therapeutic techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with state and school regulations.
Requirements:
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Texas.
  • Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
  • Familiarity with K-12 student needs and school-based therapy services.
