The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems. 
  • Tear down machines and determine which parts are reusable to refurbish them.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers. 
  • Provide on-call emergency service. 
  • Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current. 
  • Deliver and pick-up chemicals. 
  • Build rapport with decision makers. 
  • Resolve customer concerns. 
  • Train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers. 
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.

Requirements:

  • Have a valid driver’s license.   
  • Be able to work in a fast paced, physical position.  
  • Ability to safely drive a company vehicle. 
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.   
  • Be able to work Mon-Fri 7am-4pm with overtime as needed.
  • Be able to work on call after hours for 1 week every 3 weeks.
