We have an immediate opening for Inside Parts Specialist in Davenport, IA. The successful candidate will assist internal and external customers by helping to identify needed parts. Strive to provide exceptional customer service. Advise customers on available parts and services.



  • Assist customers with identifying and acquiring parts.
  • Locate parts mechanics might need to finish job.
  • Answer customer questions, provide price quotes over the phone.
  • Sell parts to help achieve sales goal.
  • Pull customer orders.
  • Maintain inventory, cycle count inventory, assist with core returns.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and phone skills.
  • Self-starter, maintain positive attitude.
  • Automotive or truck part related experience a plus not required.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate updates to internal and external customers.
  • Mechanical knowledge a must.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Education:

  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • High school or equivalent preferred

· Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Required experience:

  • Sales/Customer Service 1 year
  • Automotive or Truck Parts 1 year
