Responsibilities:

• Administer grants end-to-end, including submission and management of spending

• Handle portfolios of varying amounts, from millions to a few dollars

• Maintain accurate records and monitor spending on grants

• Collaborate within an academic departmental setting to ensure all grant-related activities align with institutional goals

• Use software tools for effective grant management

• Show flexibility and a proactive approach in supporting the appropriate stakeholders in submitting grants

• Ensure compliance with all federal and donation grant requirements

• Communicate regularly with the team and report directly to the team lead

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry is required.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Federal and Government Grants.

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
