We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Clerk based in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Payroll Clerk, your work will involve a mix of accounting functions and benefit functions, ensuring smooth operation in the financial services department.


Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing and auditing of payroll using various accounting software systems.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to ensure accurate and efficient payroll operations.

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and maintain accurate records.

• Leverage Ceridian and Dayforce systems for efficient payroll management.

• Utilize the 'About Time' software to track and manage employee hours effectively.

• Resolve any payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in payroll and account records.

• Oversee the benefit functions, ensuring all benefits are correctly applied in the payroll system.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
• Ability to work with Ceridian
• Expertise in using Dayforce
• Knowledge of About Time software
• Understanding of standard Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Skills in conducting Auditing
• Capability to handle Benefit Functions in payroll.
