Payroll Clerk

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Processor for a Raleigh headquartered company. You will be primarily tasked with overseeing payroll and expense tracking tasks, ensuring that all employees are remunerated accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently carry out both weekly and bi-weekly payroll operations for different pay groups.

• Aid in the administration and operation of our employee expense tracking system.

• Promptly resolve any identified discrepancies or mistakes in payroll records to uphold accurate payroll data.

• Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to confirm the correct processing of new hires, terminations, and alterations to pay rates.

• Execute all end-of-year procedures within the payroll operating system.

• Undertake general clerical tasks including filing and safekeeping of payroll information.

• Contribute actively in cross-functional team meetings when required.

• Identify and suggest improvements to workflows, increasing efficiencies, and streamlining processes.

• Utilize UKG Pro for payroll processing and manage Expense Reports for 101 - 500 Employees.
