Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in private equity, with a specific focus on tech-enabled services within the healthcare sector. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead and execute investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in tech-enabled healthcare services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Oversee portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement investment strategies and business plans.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and other professional gatherings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in private equity, with a focus on tech-enabled services and the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management, particularly with investments around the $100 million range.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
