Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read prints, experience with hand and power tools, and the capability to follow instructions. You will work with 1-3 people on a team depending on builds and should be able to read a tape measure. The position involves manufacturing large machinery, and no electrical experience is necessary.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Crown Point, Indiana.

Work Environment

The work schedule is from 6am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with some mandatory overtime on one Saturday per month. Start times are flexible, and we run 2 shifts. We aim to minimize Saturday work by training more team members, targeting a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts as needed. Volunteering on weekends is always available when the facility is open.
