Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract for a potential permanent position in Poway, California for an HR Recruiter. The role is within the healthcare industry and will be conducted entirely remotely. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for handling various tasks, including processing applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries related to recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process candidate applications in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain up-to-date and precise records of all applicants.

• Resolve any recruitment-related inquiries from candidates or team members.

• Monitor applicant accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Conduct regular interviews, assessing candidates accurately for suitability.

• Handle onboarding processes, including sending start details to new hires.

• Prepare offer letters, filling out necessary forms and documentation.

• Carry out basic administrative duties related to recruitment.

• Independently follow through with final recruitment details.

• Utilize CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems effectively for recruitment tasks.

• Conduct background checks and manage benefit functions as part of the recruitment process.

• Exhibit strong communication skills throughout all recruitment activities.• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and streamline client relationships
• Ability to effectively use Applicant Track System for efficient recruitment process
• Experience in conducting thorough Background Checks to ensure the suitability of potential candidates
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions and the ability to efficiently manage them
• Strong Communication skills to maintain effective relationships with both clients and candidates
