Responsibilities:


• Act as a point of contact for employees, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process, from job posting to interview scheduling.

• Accurately maintain up-to-date employee records to ensure efficient data management.

• Enter weekly 401(K) information from payroll reports into the relevant dashboard.

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

• Assist in maintaining compliance with employment and labor laws, ensuring all practices are legal and fair.

• Utilize the skills of ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HCM, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, Hiring Processes.

• Serve as a reliable source of information for employees, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Exceptional Communication skills

• Current HR experience

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and adhere to ethical standards

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
