Board-Certified Behavior Analyst - ( New Grads are Welcomed) - Salt Lake City, UT

Job Type: Full Time

Shifts: Days

Facility: Outpatient

Working Conditions:

  • Outpatient facility, providing services to clients in their homes or community settings.

  • Ability to create your own schedule, working around client and family needs.

  • Travel required within the Salt Lake City area (45 minutes north and south).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop life-changing, evidence-based programs personalized for each child.

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of behavior technicians to ensure quality care and consistency in treatment.

  • Offer parent training to support the implementation of treatment strategies.

  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic, comprehensive care for each child.

  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and modify plans as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Utah.

  • Strong communication skills and commitment to reliability.

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially ASD.
