About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated professional to assist our Behavior Analysts in completing assessments and developing ABA therapy plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Behavior Analysts in completing assessments and developing ABA therapy plans
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 2-21
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Administer ABA assessments and monitor patient progress
  • Complete reports detailing patient progress and make recommendations for future treatment
  • Communicate effectively with parents, Behavior Analysts, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes or clinic locations
