Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a fast-growing, clinician-owned company that truly cares and understands what home healthcare is all about. We are searching for an energetic Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our. amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the Tewksbury residential area of Massachusetts. This Part-Time position offers a rate of $37-$40 per visit. If you're interested in growing your career while having a positive impact in people's lives, then VRNS is the place for you.


Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

  • Providing physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes
  • Monitoring patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educating patients and families on how to perform exercises and activities
  • Maintaining patient records and document treatments

Requirements:

Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.

  • Candidates must have MA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
