Therapy Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $37-$40 per visit.
About the RoleAs a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will provide personalized physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. You will also educate patients and families on how to perform exercises and activities safely and effectively.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and lifestyle modifications
- Degree or certificate in Physical Therapy Assisting or related field
- Current MA PTA license
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
