We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator for our reputed dental client. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, patient-centered environment.


Responsibilities:

Acts as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive top-notch customer service and patient care.

Schedules patient appointments, confirms upcoming appointments, and manages rescheduling needs.

Maintains patient records, ensuring accurate entry of dental procedures.

Processes patient billing and payment; assists with insurance claims.

Provides patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.

Communicates with patients regarding outstanding balances and insurance coverage details.

Supports dentist and dental staff by offering assistance as needed.

Provides continuous support to patients with explanations of treatment proposals.

Ensures that the facility remains in compliance with state/local regulations.


Qualifications:

1-2 years’ experience as a dental office receptionist or patient care coordinator.

Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.

Exceptional understanding of dental office operations including scheduling, billing, and insurance protocols.

Proficiency in using dental software for patient record management.

Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.

Ability to provide first-rate customer service and patient care in a busy dental practice.

Knowledge about dental procedures and terminology is a plus.
