Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a dedicated Test Center Administrator to be a part of our team located in Portland, Oregon. The primary role is to ensure the smooth operation of our testing center, offering web-based tests for various certifications and credentials. This role involves a blend of customer service, data entry, and security checks within a testing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate identification of test-takers by checking IDs.
• Manage the greeter station and assist candidates in the check-in process.
• Implement security measures by conducting periodic inspections of the testing room to prevent cheating.
• Handle light office tasks such as organizing files and data entry.
• Employ the use of specific system apps to initiate and conclude tests.
• Maintain consistent email correspondence to respond to inquiries and issues.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks.
• Ensure prohibited materials, like calculators and notes, are not present during tests.
• Perform calculations and scanning when necessary.
• Ensure the testing center is only operational on designated days.• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills, with a firm grasp of numerical data input.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries and concerns professionally.
• Proficient in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Competence in Email Correspondence, with excellent written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and spreadsheet management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents effectively.
• Skill in Organizing Files, ensuring a well-structured and easily navigable system.
• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately, demonstrating strong numeracy skills.
• Proficiency in Scanning, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive documents.
• Fast and accurate Typing skills, ensuring efficient data input and document creation.
