Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective implementation, communication, and administration of our employee and 3rd Party administrators.

  • Responsible for enhancing the overall employee experience through efficient and accurate benefits management.

  • Oversee LOA process ensuring Company policies & Procedures.

  • Maintain LOA files and complete DOL forms.

  • Tracks LOA progress and keeps management informed about potential Return to Work of employees.

  • Ensure proper FMLA notices are issued.

  • Acts as the Company's primary interface.

  • Explains the interaction of all of the programs, laws to employees, supervisors, and administrators.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a variety of Benefits Administration areas, especially in leave of absences.

  • Bilingual in Spanish required

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • UKG System experience is a plus

  • Expert ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

 

Details:

  • Onsite, M-F, 7-4pm

  • Pay: $25-28.85/hr. 

  • Type: contract to hire

  • Location: Dallas, TX 75234

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.85 per hour
