Kitchen Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while fostering a respectful and positive team environment.
  • Oversee food quality, sanitation, and brand standards, ensuring compliance and efficiency in cost management alongside the leadership team.
  • Leverage proven leadership in high-volume, scratch kitchen restaurants, applying a detail-oriented and hands-on approach to operations.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, focusing on team support, meticulous oversight, and driving operational excellence.
