• Work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic exercises and activities designed to improve patient function.
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and team members to promote positive outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all state regulations and ProCare Therapys standards of care.

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Delaware.
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in schools, clinical, or home health settings is a plus.
