Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to clients to improve their daily living and work skills.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapists, educators, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Delaware
  • Previous experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
