Summary:
Seeking a Project Manager to define, manage, and optimize projects within set scopes and objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with project management software tools (ProCore preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to prepare and track project budgets.
  • Capability to develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Experience in managing contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring task assignment and communication of expected deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Determining and defining project scope and objectives.
  • Assigning project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements.
  • Preparing budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Tracking project costs to meet budget.
  • Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Managing contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.


Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
