Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Oregon, WI, for the 2024/2025 school year. This full-time position offers a Monday to Thursday schedule, starting as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality speech and language services to students, enhancing their communication skills and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with students' educational teams.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress toward IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active SLP license in Wisconsin.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Commitment to supporting students' communication development and academic success.
