We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team If you have 6-8 years of CNC experience in a job shop environment, can read blueprints, and work with tight tolerances, we want to hear from you

What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and lathes) in a job shop environment.
  • Perform tool changes and program edits (G&M codes) using MasterCAM or SolidWorks.
  • Work with low carbon, alloy tool steels and handle tolerances as tight as +/- 0.001.
  • Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure precise measurements.
  • Work with large machines (Okuma, Kolb, and Jig mills) and control systems (Fanuc and Siemens).
  • Some parts may take 6-8 days to complete, focusing on quality over quantity.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 6-8 years of CNC Machining experience with job shop (not production) experience.
  • Skilled in setting up machines, tooling changes, and program edits using G&M codes.
  • Experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  • Ability to work with tolerances of +/- 0.001 and read blueprints.
  • Mill and lathe experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun-Thurs)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $79560.00

• Overtime after 8 hours in a shift - Double time at 45 hours - Saturdays are primarily voluntary OT
• Benefits include: 401k with company match, health, dental vision benefits, 3 personal days, paid sick leave, life insurance
• No time clocks. On what we call an “honor system” when it comes to keeping track of time.
• Medical, dental, vision benefits start day one.
• 20 weeks of paid sick time over 24 months. This is 100% pay for time missed such as a sick day or a leave of absence.
• Vacation is based on industry experience.
• 401k match starts at day 90 but you can start to contribute day one. Fidelity is the plan sponsor.
