Job Title: CNC Machinist

Location: Tiffin, Ohio

Job Type: Full-Time

Join Our Team as a CNC Machinist

We’re looking for experienced CNC Machinists to set up and operate a variety of CNC machines in a job shop environment. If you’re skilled with both mill and lathe machines, and enjoy working on complex, long-duration projects, we want to hear from you

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC mill and lathe machines (Okuma, Kolb, jig mills).
• Work on custom jobs that may take 6-8 days to complete (not mass production).
• Perform tooling changes every shift.
• Use measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Read blueprints and work with G&M codes to edit programs (MasterCAM, SolidWorks).
• Work with materials like low carbon and alloy tool steels.
• Use Fanuc and Siemens controls.

What You Need:

• 6-8 years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience setting up machines and performing tooling changes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Experience working in a job shop environment with tolerances of +/- 0.001.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Bonus:

• Experience with MasterCAM or SolidWorks.
• Experience operating both mill and lathe machines.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $20 - $34 per hour, with the sweet spot around $27/hr.
• Shift Premiums:
  • 12.5% for 2nd Shift
  • 7.5% for 3rd Shift
• Overtime: Double time after 45 hours (Voluntary on Saturdays).

Shifts Available:

• First Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
• Second Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday – Friday + Shift Premium
• Third Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday – Thursday + Shift Premium
