Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location:near Wexford, SC (Full-Time, Onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prehensive functional assessments and analysis of client behavior.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Provide direct therapy and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff and families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outes.
  • Stay current on developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and relevant clinical practices.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
