Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location:near Wexford, SC (Full-Time, Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive functional assessments and analysis of client behavior.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Provide direct therapy and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outes.
- Stay current on developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and relevant clinical practices.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
