Join Soliant, a leading provider of educational staffing solutions, as an Autism Support Specialist. We are seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in supporting students with autism and developmental disabilities.

About the Role

This is a full-time onsite position located near Ruby, SC. As an Autism Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive functional assessments, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff.

You will work closely with families and caregivers to ensure the effective implementation of behavior intervention strategies, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Additionally, you will provide training and ongoing support to staff and families, maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Interview Process

We follow a rigorous interview process to ensure we find the best candidate for the role. This includes a 10-15 minute screening call with a Soliant recruiter, followed by a 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district. An offer is typically extended within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
