We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant reporting directly to the CEO in the landscaping industry, located in Cocoa, Florida, United States. The role will start off as part-time and then evolve into a full-time role for the right candidate. This role primarily revolves around providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence to ensure smooth office operations.


Responsibilities:

• Administer high-level support to the CEO through efficient calendar management and correspondence.

• Coordinate meetings and conference calls, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared in advance.

• Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and company information.

• Manage and maintain accurate records, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.

• Take a proactive approach to work, effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth running of the office.

• Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

• Leverage your experience in administrative assistance to enhance office operations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in coordinating and facilitating conference calls
• Ability to draft, edit, and manage correspondence, including confidential correspondence
• Proven experience in providing comprehensive administrative assistance
• Familiarity with standard administrative office procedures and systems
